Why Ron has their vote

Displays why others are voting for Ron Paul. These are randomly selected.
First candidate I've seen in years whos views I agree upon
For Liberty.
I voted for Congressman Paul because he seems to be the mots in touch on our economic problems and is a a The Stringest Defender of the Constitution
Though not entirely libertarian, he is the only candidate that fully supports the constitution.
Ron Paul is the only republican candidate with his head on straight. Frankly, as a liberal-minded democrat, I would choose Ron Paul over most of the democratic nominees because of his commitment to speaking the truth about our nation's politics.
I've followed Ron Paul's career since he was first elected to Congress. I first met him over 20 years ago. There is no other candidate that speaks for me better than Dr. Ron Paul.
Ron Paul is the only hope of restoring America to the utopic vision of the founding fathers and the constitution.
I voted for Ron Paul because I honestly believe that he can halt the growth of our government, both overseas and domestically.
Ron Paul may well be the last gasp for liberty in this country. He is the only staunch Consititutionalist in either party. Furthermore, he is the one of the few in government who can truly defend his positions through logic and fact, rather than through repetitious bromides. His antiwar, antitax, pro-market platform is not only in the real spirit of the Founders, but it is necessary for America to preside over a peaceful and prosperous 21st century. Go Ron!!
To bring America back
I like his domestic views on limited government. I most agree with him on the war on drugs and also on tax and market reforms.
He is the only choice for America.
Ron Paul is the only candidate who consistently votes for freedom from huge government, and votes to return the decisions back where they belong: to the states and to the people. Furthermore, he will take action against the Iraq war, and with his economics background he will be able work to return our country to a stable, non-inflation based system. Ron Paul for freedom in '08!!!
he will return our rights back to the american people! hes not afraid to say what he feels and he doesnt beat around the bush. he studys before he votes and he knows what the people want!
It may sound extreme, but I feel that Congressman Ron Paul can 'save' America. Don't write him off just because he's running as a Republican; he is starkly different to his fellow candidates. He believes that government has lost its way, and that America needs to change drastically. Dr Ron Paul is an independent Republican representative from Texas, having served in congress for 17 years. In his younger years, he worked in the US Air Force as a flight surgeon. Unlike his fellow Republicans, Dr Paul has voted against the war since the topic was first brought up and would bring back troops as soon as possible. He is against nation-building and believes that the US should return to a non-intervention foreign policy (not even the democrats support this). Paul believes that the US should indeed spread the idea of democracy and liberty, but NOT via military force. Instead, Ron Paul wants to set a good example within the US by abiding by the constitution and restoring liberty to the people. Paul voted against the patriot act and has never voted to increase power of the executive branch. Ron Paul is also gaining a lot of popularity due to his strict adherence to the US Constitution. He believes that many of the liberties granted by the document have been lost or violated by the current administration. Every bill that he votes on, he is absolutely sure that it is compliance with the Constitution. Ron strongly opposes the idea of a national ID card, and has voted against the regulation of the internet. Dr Paul also wishes to restore power to the states. Ron is an old-school republican. He wants to keep government small, and believes that the government should be there to help you, not to regulate your life. On issues such as abortion, Paul believes that the people should decide on their local levels what is best for their individual state. A point that surprises many people when they first here it, is the fact that Ron Paul hopes to eliminate the Federal Income Tax and IRS, and replace them with nothing. Ron believes that it is an illegal, unnecessary tax. Going along with this stance, Paul wishes to cut government spending greatly. As much as I like his stances on all of these issues, another reason why I have so much love and respect for Ron Paul is because of what he represents. Ron Paul is a man of moral integrity and has stayed true to his ideals consistently. He is passionately working to restore liberty to America, and he bases his politics around what this nation stemmed from: the constitution. Ron Paul is standing up for what he believes in, despite getting heavy heat from his peers (search Giuliani vs Paul on youtube.com) and almost no coverage from the mainstream media. He is in his 70s, but he has tremendously strong youth support because his ideals resonate among this group that has grown up under the Bush administration. Based on online polls at msnbc.com and cnn.com, Ron Paul won the 3rd debate by huge margins. I feel that Paul has the most integrity of all the candidates, Democratic or Republican. He has single-handily sparked a huge interest in politics and ignited a political activism within me. If given a chance to meet him, I would have to restrain myself from giving him a hug. How many politicians do you hear that about?
He follows the Constitution.
Because he believes in the government our founding fathers intended on.
Ron Paul is the only candidate our founders'd be proud of.
Ron Paul will do the much needed clean up job this country needs. We need to take a step back and reevaluate what our roll will be in the world. This interventionism foreign policy has proven not to work so lets bring the troops home.
Ron Paul is the only person running for President that is willing to protect your civil liberties. He uses the Constitution as his aid in dealing with every political situation he faces.
He is : *Pro-Life *Anti-stem cell research *Anti-gun control *Anti-gay marriage *Anti- death penalty *Pro-ending the war in Iraq and bringing troops home :D *pretty much I agree with him on every major political issue and I respect him a lot.
Ron Paul has demonstrated that he is a staunch defender of the constitution and his wisdom concerning Middle East policy is miles ahead of everyone else
Paul is not a normal politician, swayed by special interests and media spin. Rather he sticks to his principles, never voting against the constitution and always protecting the citizenry from government invasion.
Ron Paul is an overall Baller, he stands for what the people want, and is a true libertarian
Because all the rest think the Constitution is either quaint or irrelevant in the 21st century
