John McCain on American Idol
Senator McCain spoke to the importance of America's "generosity and compassion" in this short message filmed for American Idol, while also poking fun at current political issues and the show's most notorious judge, Simon Cowell. The purpose of the message was to encourage viewers to do what they were able to help children and young people in extreme poverty here at home in the U.S. and around the world -- and exemplified that Idol Gives Back would be a perfect opportunity to do such. Idol Gives Back is the name of a charitable campaign that was formed via the enormously popular televised singing competition, American Idol.

Why John has their vote

Displays why others are voting for John McCain. These are randomly selected.
Stongly believes in continuing the war in iraq, as well as being pro-israel. Years of experience as a popular senator of Arizona.
John McCain, without question, is the most qualified person of either party to become the next president. Regardless of your political beliefs, that fact is indisputable. Of the GOP frontrunners, he has the most solid conservative record. He especially has a solid grasp of how the world operates, and how to handle the war on terror. I have heard all the GOP candidates speak, 7 of them in person, multiple times. John McCain is clearly the right man for America.
The only candidate that can truely work with both parties and get something done.
Abortion, War, Reputation
Huckabee dropped out.
John McCain has the most experience of the inner workings of the military; from his his many years in the navy to his years in the House of Reps, Sen. McCain understands the workings of the government and is willing to challenge the the corruption in government to better America. He is the most qualified candidate of any presidential contender, both Republican and Democrat. Vote McCain if you believe in integrity and honor. If you don't agree with my assertion that Sen. McCain is the most qualified to lead the U.S. then e-mail me your argument @ PartisanAmerican@yahoo.com or leave a comment @ PartisanAmerican.blogspot.com
I voted for Mac because he is the best candidate to lead this nation forward; he also has the leadership ability and knowledge that is required during this time in our history of America's Commander-in-Chief.
Unfortunately he's the best so far until Fred Thompson hopefully joins in.
Because John McCain is the only person that has demonstrated to me that he is what is viewed as Presidential material to run this country.
I feel like McCain would be the best leader and overall make the best decision that he can for this country.
Senator McCain understands the threat from Radical Islamic Terrorism and how leaving Iraq is not an option. He also understands that we are all citizens of the same country and have to work together to get things done.
GO MCCAIN
Mccain has the highest level of character and the best man to lead the war on terror
One of the first things I look for in a candidate is Military background (ok second, after republican). I find it hard for someone to lead an organization that they know so little about. Furthermore I have done a lot of looking into the candidates and Mr McCain has been right on what I feel about a lot of things that are going on in our country today. I think he would make a magnificent President and put us right back where we need to be.
I'm very upset on the things I'm hearing around Richmond in the mornings on different radio stations. I feel that people are voting based on race & sex and I'm sick of that. Let's vote on the issues people!!! Right now I feel that McCain is closest to my moderate views. If I had to pick between Obama and Clinton my vote would go to Clinton based on her economic views. The Economic view of the Candidates is what will determine my vote. I feel a recession will hit if the government doesn’t do something fast and that more US jobs must be created. In closing this is a hard election year for me! I will keep reading and probably change my vote back and forth a few times before Election Day.
John McCain is the most experienced and qualified candidate in this paty. He should have won in 2000 instead of George Bush. McCain is a uniter, not a divider.
I feel his realistic understanding of the military will be beneficial in this war. No matter what the candidates are saying there is no way to withdraw all or most of the troops at once without leaving behind a dangerous and volitile situation. I agree with his position on extravigant government spending, and feel that he has an ability to compromise. I honestly believe he can find solutions that will meet the approval of both democrats and republicans alike.
He has everything to recommend him -- experience, an open mind, and plans to better our country.
John McCain is the ONLY person who can be entrusted to lead this country at such a crucial time...Tragedies have occured, unending governmental mistakes have been made...We need John McCain to restore our safety as well as our integrity and respect throughout the world...Period.
McCain has served our great country with the utmost loyalty and respect for the last 50 years. I can't even imagine election day ending with a different result. Maybe I just don't want to imgine it. If the job that Senator McCain was born to do goes to someone else, I don't know what will happen. Then again I believe it could be the beginning of the end for this magnificent country we call home. How can anyone look at these candidates and see someone more fit for the job than John McCain. Not voting for a true American heroe is just un-patriotic. God Bless you McCain, and God Bless America. I pray for our troops sake and our country's that you fill the position that is rightfully yours. -Andy Doll
He's the most conservative. :p
Is there really another choice for me?
He's the most prepared, the most accurate, the only one capable to continue a good and efficient republican nomination. It's in-between him, or Thompson
I like his conservative policies, and hes not a liberal panzy.
I admire his war record, and agree with his stance of numerous issues. The straight talk express rolls on
