Thank you.
John Edwards' remarks today in New Orleans: "I began my presidential campaign here to remind the country that we, as citizens and as a government, have a moral responsibility to each other, and what we do together matters. We must do better, if we want to live up to the great promise of this country that we all love so much. It is appropriate that I come here today. It's time for me to step aside so that history can blaze its path. We do not know who will take the final steps to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, but what we do know is that our Democratic Party will make history. We will be strong, we will be unified, and with our convictions and a little backbone we will take back the White House in November and we'll create hope and opportunity for this country."

Why John has their vote

Displays why others are voting for John Edwards. These are randomly selected.
John is the most consistent voice for change in America
John Edwards is a man of character. It's time we had a person with integrity back in the White House!
Now that Biden is out of the running, Edwards seems the most electable Democrat. I like his populism and his willingness to confront Republicans. In general, John Edwards strikes me as a remarkably decent man who cares about others and remembers his roots.
because every other option won't win a single southern state, in other words won't win the election. No democratic president has won the election without carrying at least half the southern states. (clinton was the last, if gore wasn't such a creepy robot, and could have even have won his home state he would have won)
Because his health plan is more comprehensive than Clinton's and Obama's, and includes a government program which would leave an opening for a governmental medical system. Because his campaign offers a program to combat poverty, while not catering to demands from the anti-globalization movement on the nationalist left side. Because he is pro-immigrant, and because his budget plans are Clintonian, offering welfare to those who need it without stifling business.
I believe that Mr. Edwards is the best candidate to deal with our issues both domestically and foreign-policy related. I believe that he understands that the middle-class people in this country need some help, both economically and morale-wise. He understands what it is like to have to scrimp and save to get through college as a young working man and to get a start in a career and provide for his family. I believe that Mr. Edwards is the best choice for people like me and my family.
Because he's what our country needs at this time. He stands up for what he believes in and is the only candidate that I think will make a difference.
His views on faith, the war, he is a democrat.

Because he wants to end poverty in the whole world!
Edwards has the best, most detailed plans on the widest range of subjects. Not only does he advocate important changes in our system, but he does so with conviction and on subjects that don't attract attention from other candidates.
He is the only genuinely authentic candidate that is also electable.
He's the only candidate making poverty an election issue.
John Edwards is for common sense in government. He wants to return America to the values that founded this nation. He wants to devote American resources and priority to poverty, healthcare, education, civil liberties, gay rights, women's rights, a balanced budget, and environmental protection.
Clearest message, has a chance to win overall.
John Edwards has proven himself in my eyes to be a man of strong character who believes in doing what is right. He is open to listen to differing opinions, but he will follow what he feels is a just path. I believe that he will be a President who will lead the country, not drag it around behind him.
He is one of the most eloquent and intelligent candidates available and he has a good heart. I know he will make us proud and do what is best for the country.
Now that Biden is out, nobody cares about alleviating the injustices of the lesser than top classes of America except John Edwards. He also respects the others and is a more selfless human being.
Edwards is the only guy with an actual plan for healthcare and ending the war in Iraq.
I support John Edwards because he has a vision for America. He realizes the issues facing our country and has the leadership to take advantage of our opportunities. A vote for John Edwards is a vote for a cleaner environment, stronger healthcare system, and our only opportunity to have One America!
I love Senator Edwards committment to helping ALL Americans and his stand healthcare and poverty. He seems to be speaking with more urgency this tme around!
I believe that John Edwards is, by and large, the most intelligent Democratic candidate, and, as far as my liberal poltics go, the right man for the job. On some smaller issues, I would like to see more of a conservative stance (such as even more staunch government spending reform, the economy, etc), but I willingly sacrifice those in support of the ever-increasingly importance social and environmental issues: abortion, gay rights, combating greenhouse emissions, gun rights, etc. My only complaints are: it will probably not be, in the interest of national security, possible to withdraw from Iraq at even a moderate pace. It will take time, education, military force, and, unfortunately, more money. Still, Edwards get my vote, and I wish him the best! Keep the standards high!
He is so cool!!
Choosing a candidate for Presidential election is never a simple task, because so much must be considered in order to make the right decision. Not only must you think about all of the issues at hand and each candidate's policies, but you must also consider the candidate's likeability and how well the world would perceive him or her as leader of the free world. Saying all of this, I have to choose Edwards. Although I agree with most of what Kucinich has to offer, I think that he is probably too liberal for the general American public. John Edwards was an extremely successful trial lawyer, has very liberal views, seems determined and tenacious, is personable, and good-looking, which doesn't hurt. I could see him as the right man to lead America in the right direction over the next 4 years, and that is why he is my choice.
Because John Edwards know how to make American dream available to every American.
